30-day returns on unworn, unaltered product in original condition.

To start a return, email support@citystreetsgolf.com with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Final sale items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
